How to Keep That Weight Lost Forever

OK, so you have worked hard at loosing all that weight and you have lost it. You feel terrific, you feel fit and well, you are no longer afraid of the bathroom scales or people taking your photograph, you are a success! It has been a real struggle to get where you are today but it was worth it. But now you need to know how you can stay that way how to keep that weight lost forever! Well here are the main things you have got to do.

#1 Eating

First thing you do is ask yourself what did I do that helped me loose all that weight? Chances are the answer is simple- you changed your eating habits! You must have done to loose all that weight. So all you have got to do here is to stick with those same new eating habits forever! Does forever sound like a long time? Just ask yourself do you like being the way you are? Do you truly want to keep that weight lost forever?

# 2 It's in your mind

Next question you need to ask yourself is how did I feel mentally when I was slimming? Again the chances are your answer will include words like brave, strong, proud, confident and determined. You knew you were going to make your goal, you knew it would be hard, but you had no doubt that you were going to make it and you did! So its easy, just keep thinking the same way and you were thinking during your diet program and you can keep that weight lost forever.

#3 Exercise

You must have taken exercise lots of exercise or you just couldn't have got to where you are. As you know exercise is essential part of a weight loss program. And didn't you feel so good after exercising and maybe you began to enjoy it when you were actually exercising instead of thinking of it as torture. So stick with those exercises continue to feel great and keep that weight lost forever.

#4 And I'd also like to thank...

Did you get help with your program? Was there somebody or maybe a group of people that helped with your motivation, that understood when you were feeling low and encouraged you to keep going? If the answer is yes continue to keep them informed on how you are doing. People who help people love to hear of success. And If you haven't been trying to help others like you were helped, well now is the time to do so. You now know what to do and say, you have been through it all. Helping others will help you to keep that weight lost forever.
