You could actually cut them out from magazines or print them off the internet and either stick it or pin it on your planner. So, the next time you are on the way to the grocery store to pick up some stuff, you would remember to pick up food items about which you had read in the article. If you feel that your planner would look messy, another great way to improvise is to have worksheets prepared for a daily or weekly basis. You could write down these tips on these worksheets and carry them with you when you go shopping, it would definitely help. You would however need to make sure that all the articles that you are seeing are legit and come from a trusted source. You cannot afford to take advice from people who have no idea about what they are talking.
