diet tips for fast weight loss

I'm going to guess that the first thing that pops in your mind when you think of "diet" is NOT a happy thought. Probably because if you've ever tried a diet that not only worked, but was something you could keep doing, then you wouldn't be reading this article to begin with!

Diet Tips For Fast Weight Loss!
By Dana Schilowski

Tired of spending HOURS in the gym, week in and week out, just to see your results slowed or even stopped?

If this is you, then you're most likely missing one key element to a successful weight loss regime... the dreaded 4 letter word.. D-I-E-T!

I'm going to guess that the first thing that pops in your mind when you think of "diet" is NOT a happy thought.

Probably because if you've ever tried a diet that not only worked, but was something you could keep doing, then you wouldn't be reading this article to begin with!

Let's start simple, and find something realistic that can actually deliver results.

Think like a caveman!

This doesn't mean hunting down your meals with a club! But seriously, what body type do you picture when you think of a caveman, or a cavewoman? The image probably isn't of an obese person is it?

You need to think 'natural'. God didn't design us to eat food that comes out of a package and through a microwave. Preservatives used in processed foods can quickly take away any nutritional value they provide.

Think of simple foods that a caveman could likely have ate... nuts, fruits, vegetables, cooked meat, etc. NOT frozen pizzas, fast food meals drenched in salt, or fried foods!

Low Fat doesn't make you LOSE Fat!

Fat content is important, but this is not an effective weight loss strategy. What's more important is understanding what to feed our body to make it LOSE fat instead of STORE fat.

Blood sugar levels play a vital role here, and there are some extreme diets available that use this knowledge to produce quick and amazing results.

The only problem is they are next to impossible to maintain! So naturally, soon as you quit, the weight piles right back on.

We need to be mindful of the sugars that enter our body, but not all of these are bad. Some sugars, such as those naturally occurring in fruits, are just fine!
