Best Exercise Machines for Weight Loss

The best exercise machines for weight loss are readily available to anyone, any time. These machines are not what you think they are. They really are the best, you just have to know exactly how to use them to make them perfect for weight loss.
Machine #1: Your brain.
- If you can get your mind under control, you will never need another fitness machine again. Train your brain to be able to get a workout in at any time, anywhere and you will NEVER be out of shape. If you are in a hotel gym, camping in the woods, staying at your girlfriends house, bored in the staff room at lunch time, you can come up with ideas for workouts anywhere.
Machine #2: Body weight workouts
- Burpees, press ups, wall sits, mountain climbers, wall squats, prisoner squats, handstand press ups, chin ups, pulls ups, tucking crunches, bicycle crunches, superman press ups, lalanne press ups, pistol squats - the list is as long as the internet itself. Learn some of these and you can literally burn more fat than ANY typical exercise machine.
Machine #3: Cardio
- Cardio is the bread and butter of fat loss, and believe it or not, you don't need a massive room full of exercise machines to do cardio! Wow! Your body doesn't care if you are walking a treadmill, riding a mechanical bull or making love to your pillow, the only thing that it cares about is that you do some intense exercise to burn off that body fat.
Machine #4: Nutrition
- This is the most difficult of all to capture. Chocolate cake, soda, lollies and hotdogs, junk food and hamburgers, these things all just add to the wrinkles of fat on your body. If you can start eating things that only have one ingredient most of them time such as salads, veggies, meats, seeds, nuts, some dairy, eggs, milk etc, you will have better results than 99% of gym goers.
I hope this has been the wake up call you need - you do not need typical exercise machines to lose fat. No matter how nice it may be to blame your body fat on the lack of expensive machines you do or don't have, excuses are not shifting body fat, only the blame.
